Lisa has worked in insurance since 1987 and joined Fiveways in 1990. She now manages the company’s accounts, including payroll, client money oversight and insurer reconciliations. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, caravanning and church bell ringing.

Dan joined Fiveways in 2016, initially developing the company’s electric vehicle insurance scheme. Now Cert CII qualified , he helps manage and develop the business and became branch manager of the Stafford office in 2022. Outside of work, Dan enjoys flying, walking his Cockapoo Teddy and spending time with family and friends.

Emma joined Fiveways in 2002 and has experience across both personal and commercial insurance. She now manages the Woodways Woodland Insurance scheme, bringing many years of industry knowledge to the role. Outside work, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing with a glass of wine.
Raven joined the Woodways team in 2025 and supports the day-to-day running of the Woodland Insurance scheme. He is currently completing an Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship while working towards his Cert CII qualification. Outside work, Raven enjoys camping, shopping and visiting cafe’s
